Teacher Support Fund
Since our founding in 2004, our sponsorship program has led to the launching of five schools. To retain qualified teachers, we have to subsidize teacher salaries at two of the schools in two poorer districts, Nyakagando Primary School, and Hope Kebir (Big Hope) Early Learning Center in Arua. We pay teachers $100USD per month and school fees are not able to support these salaries at a competitive rate with government schools.This expense is above our budgeted plans, so we are requesting extra support to fund this initiative. Vocational Skilling Fund
